Shannon Kelly, P.E.

Civil Design Engineer

Shannon serves as one of Asa Engineering and Consulting, Inc.’s Civil engineering Project Managers and Civil Design Engineer. She has experience in all aspects of civil engineering design, including civil design for commercial, residential, and governmental entities; water quality retrofitting, stormwater management, stream bank stabilization, corrective action plans and FEMA floodway analysis; preparing hydrology reports to meet municipal stormwater regulations; roadway, and sewer design; water system pump design; preparation of SWPPP, ARAP, and NPDES permit applications.  Ms. Kelly began her career in 2014 as an entry level design engineer for a Chattanooga based engineering firm.  She has since taken on roles of increasing responsibility along with currently serving as one of Asa’s Civil Engineering Project Managers and Civil Design Engineer.
