Roger B. Riemer, PLS
Survey Manager | Principal Land Surveyor
Roger is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor and an owning partner of Asa. With 30 years of survey experience throughout Middle and Eastern Tennessee, Mr. Riemer has an intimate knowledge of the local history, geophysical features, and the majority of platted properties within the region. He has performed numerous surveys, including: ALTA surveys, boundary and topographic surveys, transportation design and as-built surveys, elevation certificates and LOMRs, subdivision plats, along with construction layout and grade staking. His list of clients includes contractors, land developers, architects, banks, land title companies, private residents, busienss owners, large corporations, in addition to local, state, and federal government agencies. Mr. Riemer is licensed in Tennessee, Alabama, and North Carolina.
When he’s not working, Roger enjoys spending time with his family. He’s been married to his wife, Amy (nurse-practitioner), for 22 years and they have children- Max (19) and Rachel (14). Roger spends a lot of time at the ball park and gym (watching his kids- not working out). Additionally, Roger has collected thousands of power tools over the years and hopes to actually building something one day.
