Property Condition Assessment

Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) are an invaluable tool to lenders, real estate investors and facilities managers in determining the condition of an existing building or site and to identify and evaluate defects that might significantly affect the value of the property and/or future operational/maintenance costs. Asa is a leader in performing non-intrusive, non-destructive PCAs in accordance with ASTM E2018 and we deliver property condition reports which detail each building system, its condition, and its projected life-cycle. Our PCAs also include an “Immediate Repairs Table” and a “Replacement Reserve Table” to help our clients understand how the condition of the building will impact the assets’ financial performance.
